The State Office for Surveying and Geoinformation Schleswig-Holstein , LVermGeo SH for short , is responsible for the collection of official spatial base data , management of the real estate cadastre as well as the establishment and operation of the spatial data infrastructure for the state of Schleswig-Holstein (GDI-SH) with around 500 employees. responsible.
organization
The State Office for Surveying and Geoinformation Schleswig-Holstein is a higher state authority in Schleswig-Holstein, which belongs to the division of the Ministry of the Interior, Rural Areas and Integration of the State of Schleswig-Holstein (MILI). It was founded in 2011 from the land surveying office and the land registry offices. It is divided into divisions and departments . The head office is located at Mercatorstrasse 1 in Kiel. history
The taxation of land was the reason for the establishment of the land tax cadastre in the Prussian provinces of Schleswig and Holstein. In the 1870s, the original survey took place in Prussia, in which 90% of the land area was re-measured. The established land registry offices first served as tax authorities before they were used to secure property with the connection to the land register (creation of the property cadastre).
Due to the many possible uses, the cadastre is increasingly becoming a multi-purpose cadastre. The data are z. B. used by business and administration. They are an important supplier of basic data for statistics.
Today the geospatial base data are available digitally. They are stored, visualized and processed in geographic information systems.
tasks
The core tasks of the LVermGeo SH are:
- Land survey
- Real estate cadastre
- Spatial data infrastructure
Land survey
The land survey is responsible for creating and maintaining the geodetic basis for the general land survey as well as for the real estate cadastre and other surveys. In addition to the topographical survey of the country, it is their task to present the results in maps and digital models.
Products:
- topographic maps and leisure maps
- Geospatial base data
- Provision of the position, height and gravity fixed point fields for exact positioning
- Satellite positioning service of German land surveying ( SAPOS )
Real estate cadastre
The state office is responsible for the establishment, maintenance and renewal of the real estate cadastre including the necessary measurements. The cadastre is the only comprehensive proof of all parcels in Schleswig-Holstein.
