Ghencea cemetery
The Ghencea Cemetery is a cemetery in the Romanian capital Bucharest in the Ghencea district . It houses the graves of important Romanian personalities from the fields of politics, sport, art and the military. The cemetery is divided into a civil and a military area.

- Alexandru Șerbănescu (1912–1944), flying ace in World War II
- Costică Toma (1928–2008), football player and coach
- Nicolae Tonitza (1886–1940), painter and illustrator
- Ilie Verdeț (1925–2001), Prime Minister
- Corneliu Vadim Tudor (1949–2015), leader of the Greater Romania Party ( Partidul România Mare ), poet, writer, journalist and member of the European Parliament
