Construction

The Eaglet has a strong chopper-like design and, thanks to the largely covered engine compartment, appears larger in displacement than it really is with its 50 cm³. Due to this fact, it is often driven by people who distance themselves from scooters or who want to own / drive something similar despite not having a motorcycle license. Thanks to their large construction, almost every accessory popular with choppers , such as B Sissybar , leather luggage or other items can be purchased and grown. As part of the facelift, the Eaglet was offered in different colors and with revised electronics from the end of 1995. The Facind alternator used until then was replaced by one from the Ducati brand. In addition, the Eaglet was now also offered with switchable low and high beam.

Maintenance costs

The Eaglet is actuarially as a moped or scooter classified since it was placed on the market before the EU driving license reform in 1998/1999. The insurance costs therefore amount to approx. € 64 for liability and € 117 for partial coverage + liability.

Due to the 2-stroke engine, the Eaglet uses approx. 4.5 liters of premium gasoline per 100 km, or 90 ml of two-stroke oil for lubrication.
