Girenbader Chöpfli

The Girenbader Chöpfli belongs to the group of semi-hard hard cheeses . 16 to 20 wheels of cheese are made from 200 liters of raw milk. It is made in the dairy in Girenbad (Hinwil) . From the outside, the Girenbader Chöpfli can be recognized by its round, high shape, with the height varying between 7 and 12 cm. After about four months of storage and care, it is available in the store.
