Gisela Fröhlich (* 1942 in Königsberg (Prussia) ) is a German politician ( SPD ) from Bremen . She was a member of the Bremen citizenship .

biography

Fröhlich is married to the former Bremen Senator for the Interior, Helmut Fröhlich (SPD).

education and profession

Fröhlich worked as the main secretary for reporting in Bremen and worked in the local staff council of the Deutsche Bundespost in the 1960 / 70s , later in the district staff council of the Oberpostdirektion in Bremen and in the main staff council in the Federal Postal Ministry .

politics

Fröhlich is a member of the SPD in Bremen and worked in various functions in the SPD local association in Hemelingen .

From 1984 to 1995 she was a member of the Bremen citizenship for the SPD for 11 years and worked in various deputations and committees of the citizenship. Her political focus was on construction and transport policy.
