Gisela Schönfeld

Gisela Schönfeld (* 1956 ) is a German lifeguard .

In Magdeburg acting doctorate physician was 2006 World Champion with 4 times 50 meter relay in the obstacle swimming and with the 4 x 50m dolls rescue squadron in each case together with Marion Hannebohm , Berit Reichel and Susanne Gierlich . At the 2008 World Championships, she achieved second place.

In 2012 she won gold at the lifeguard world championships in Australia with the 4 x 50 meter relay in obstacle swimming with Marion Hannebohm, Heike Zembrod and Angela Franke and silver in the 4 x 50 meter rescue relay . In the 50-meter doll rescue, she achieved bronze in her age group.

In 2006 Schönfeld was allowed to enter the Golden Book of the City of Magdeburg in recognition of her sporting success at the 2006 World Cup .
