The Gittruper See is a quarry pond in the Westphalian city of Münster . It is located in the far north near Gelmer and Gittrup not far from the border with the city of Greven . The water depth of the lake, which is privately owned by the VFG Frühauf Münster, varies between 1.50 m and 11 m. Its dimensions are about 300 m × 225 m.
