Godmoma

Godmoma was an American funk band made up of the vocalists Carolyn Miles (* 1962), Cynthia Girty (* 1947) and Arnenita Walker (* 1945).

Only one album, Here, was released in 1981 on Elektra Records . The vocal trio was also involved in Collins' album Ultra Wave . It's also on other productions like The One Giveth, The Count Taketh Away (1982), What's Bootsy Doin '? (1988) and Blasters of the Universe (1994). Godmoma is considered a spin-off from P-Funk musician Bootsy Collins .
