The Goldin Finance 117 (also known as China 117 Tower ) is a skyscraper under construction in the Xiqing district of the Chinese city of Tianjin , which will reach a height of 597 meters and 117 floors when completed.

Matsunichi Hi-Tech Ltd. is the investor in the skyscraper, which is made of steel, glass and concrete. A hotel was planned for the lower floors, while the upper floors were to be used as offices and apartments. However, only a few apartments were sold until the beginning of 2010 due to the economic crisis at that time, so work on the building was stopped at the end of January 2010.

In 2011 construction was continued again. The planned height of 597 meters was reached in 2015. As of December 2019, the project was not completed.
