The Golf Channel is a television station in the United States . It only broadcasts global golf tournaments.
Starting with the 2007 season, the Golf Channel received exclusive rights to the FedEx Cup of the US PGA Tour , so the television station broadcasts 15 events exclusively on all four tournament days; in addition, the two opening rounds of all FedEx Cup tournaments will be broadcast live (with the exception of the four majors ).
The Golf Channel hired well-known golf greats such as Nick Faldo and Rocco Mediate as commentators and field reporters .
