Seby burial ground
The burial ground of Seby ( Swedish: Seby gravfalt ) is a prehistoric burial ground in the south of the Swedish island of Öland in the Baltic Sea .
The burial ground is located north of the village of Seby and stretches for about two kilometers along the country road towards Segerstad . The grave field includes 285 visible graves from the Iron Age , with a wide variety of shapes, including a Treudd . The great variety of grave shapes indicates a use over a longer period of time.
To the north of the village is the approximately three meter high rune stone of Seby, Öland's largest rune stone.
