Largest planning case to be assumed

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The largest planning case to be assumed , GaP or GAP for short , is an instrument of the environmental report . It is used when the maximum acceptable use of a planning area is to be determined. It is often used for planning in mixed and industrial areas.

As a rule, when determining a GAP, the greatest anticipated environmental impacts are calculated in various areas. Frequent indicators are the type of use, intensity of use, traffic load, emissions and spatial structure. The higher the assumed values, the more likely results in the consideration that environmental protection legal action must be taken.
