Green Old is the senior organization of the party Alliance 90 / The Greens . The association based in Berlin was founded in 2004.
Goals and members
The association has set itself the goal of formulating the interests of older people and representing them in the party. Furthermore, the special qualities of older people should be made usable for the party. People older than 50 years can join.
European level
The association is part of the European Network of Green Seniors (Engl. European Network of Green Seniors consists, REES), the European of eight senior organizations of Green Parties in seven countries. It was founded on December 7th, 2003 in Brussels for the purpose of cooperation between organizations at European level and greater influence of the interests of green seniors in the European Parliament .
