The Grünes Gasse 3 building is a listed residential building in the Magdeburg district of Alt Olvenstedt in Saxony-Anhalt .

It is set back on the north side of the Grüner Gasse. To the east of the property runs the Obstgasse which opens onto the Grüne Gasse.

Architecture and history

The simply designed two-storey house has an inscription plaque referring to the year 1789. Towards the front, the facade of the plastered building has six axes. The muntin windows are kept small. There is also the front door facing the street, which can be reached via a staircase. The stair landing is spanned by a small wooden roof. The building is covered by a high pitched roof .

The building is an example of a simple rural house.

In the local register of monuments , the house is listed as a monument under registration number 094 81902 .
