List of cultural monuments in Alt Olvenstedt

In the list of cultural monuments in Alt Olvenstedt , all cultural monuments of the district of Alt Olvenstedt belonging to the city of Magdeburg are listed. The basis is the monument register of the state of Saxony-Anhalt, which was created on the basis of the Monument Protection Act of October 21, 1991 and has been continuously updated since then (status: February 25, 2015).

villa The villa was built around 1880/1890. It is a cuboid building with two floors and a flat roof. The facade is characterized by a risalit in the style of the neo-renaissance and window roofing. 094 82726 monument villa

farm It is the former estate. A two-storey villa, which was built in 1894, belongs to the estate. The facade is characterized by a left, two-axis risalit and a right, three-axis risalit. There are roof bay windows above the risalits. There are three roof houses between the roof cores. In the middle of the house there is a hall with columns in front of the house. school It is a village school that was partly built in 1877. The school consists of two buildings, the older building is the western building. This building is two-story with a gable roof. church The Church of St. Laurentius was built in 1726 in the Baroque style. The west tower was built in the 13th century. In 1945, during the Second World War, the church was destroyed, but it was simply rebuilt. There are old tombs in the church cemetery. 094 81912 monument church

Rectory The rectory was built around 1900. It is a single story house with an angular floor plan. It is a red brick building with a gable roof. The neo-Gothic style are designed as a pointed arch. A barn belongs to the rectory, which was probably built around 1680. 094 81914 monument Rectory
