In the list of cultural monuments in Alt Olvenstedt , all cultural monuments of the district of Alt Olvenstedt belonging to the city of Magdeburg are listed. The basis is the monument register of the state of Saxony-Anhalt, which was created on the basis of the Monument Protection Act of October 21, 1991 and has been continuously updated since then (status: February 25, 2015).

(map) 		farm It is the former estate. A two-storey villa, which was built in 1894, belongs to the estate. The facade is characterized by a left, two-axis risalit and a right, three-axis risalit. There are roof bay windows above the risalits. There are three roof houses between the roof cores. In the middle of the house there is a hall with columns in front of the house.
