In the list of cultural monuments in Lemsdorf , all cultural monuments of the Lemsdorf district belonging to the city of Magdeburg are listed. The basis is the monument register of the state of Saxony-Anhalt, which was created on the basis of the Monument Protection Act of October 21, 1991 and has been continuously updated since then (status: February 25, 2015).

Residential building The Villa Zabel was built in 1926/27 for the architect Willi Zabel according to his design on the remains of the intermediate plant IIb of the Magdeburg fortress . It is a testament to the new building in Magdeburg. Willi Zabel worked for Bruno Taut . The two-storey house has a cube-shaped shape with a flat roof. Good templar colony The former Guttempler colony was designed by Willi Zabel in the New Building style around 1925 and built in 1927. There are six one to two-story semi-detached houses with a flat roof. The facades of the houses are plain and simple.
