In the list of cultural monuments in Neue Neustadt , all cultural monuments of the district of Neue Neustadt belonging to the city of Magdeburg are listed. The basis is the monument register of the state of Saxony-Anhalt, which was created on the basis of the Monument Protection Act of October 21, 1991 and has been continuously updated since then (status: December 31, 2019).

factory The former printer, cardboard and paper goods factory Gebrüder Walter was built in 1906 according to plans by the owners. There were renovations in 1925, 1932 and 1935. settlement The settlement was built from 1929 to 1939. There are around 1800 apartments that were built at that time. In the middle of the settlement is the Bank Villa , which does not belong to this monument. The designs for this estate are by Carl Karyl and Paul Wahlmann . The houses are four-story, the upper story is a drying floor with small windows. The houses that were built until 1935 have a flat roof, the houses built later have a saddle and a half-hipped roof at the ends of the blocks. brewery The buildings belonged to the former brewery "Actien-Brauerei Neustadt-Magdeburg". The brewery was founded in 1841 and existed until 1991, when it was owned by the "Ersten Kulmbacher Aktienbrauerei (EKU)". From 1905 the brewery was run under the name " Diamond Brewery ". Beer was brewed at this location until 1994. The buildings are seven to ten story brick buildings. The malt kilns are towers that shape the streetscape. Saint Agnes Church The Roman Catholic Church of St. Agnes was built from 1861 to 1862 and was inaugurated on September 8, 1862. It is a hall with a retracted choir and a roof turret in the west of the church. The church was destroyed in the Second World War, it was rebuilt until 1949. The old furnishings have been lost, but there is a late Gothic altarpiece from the St. Sebastian's Church in the church. There were renovations in 1970 and 2005. Norbertusgymnasium The double school building was built around 1900 for the Neustädter 2nd Volksknabenschule and for the Neustädter 2nd Volksmädchenschule. Today the Norbertusgymnasium is located here. The building was significantly damaged in World War II. The school with its facade is directly on the street, the facade is interrupted by two risalits, here are also the entrances.
