The building with the address Lübecker Straße 7 in Magdeburg is a building constructed in the style of New Objectivity according to plans by Johannes Göderitz in 1928, partly as a plastered and partly as a red brick building with a flat roof . It looks as if it is composed of several geometric components. Most windows are arranged in either horizontal bands or vertical strips of glass. There are two large entrance gates in the south facade.
