The Ankerstraße 1d building is a listed residential building in Magdeburg in Saxony-Anhalt .

location

The building is located on the north side of Ankerstrasse in Magdeburg's Neue Neustadt district . To the east is the listed building at Ankerstraße 1c .

Architecture and history

The three and a half to four storey plastered building was built around 1900. The facade of the representative building is decorated with elements of the Neo-Renaissance and Art Nouveau . On the left side there is a box oriel in front of the upper floors . The right, four-storey side is crowned by a broad, curved gable .

As part of the Wilhelminian style street, the house is considered significant in terms of urban development.

In the local register of monuments , the building is listed as a residential building under registration number 094 82214.
