Architecture and history

The row of buildings consisting of three two-story plastered houses was built in 1935/36 in the neoclassic style . They are uniformly structured and were built as a replacement for the neo-classical preacher's houses from the early 19th century that had previously been demolished . The original building line was retained. The buildings are covered with a half-hip roof with bat dormers . The design of the new building took into account the integration into the ensemble with the neighboring Nicolaikirche. Against this background, there is a block of plaster . The design of the roof also refers to the Nicolaikirche.

In the group of houses there is also today (as of 2019) the parish hall of the Protestant Nicolai congregation.

In the local register of monuments , the group of houses is listed as a monument under registration number 094 70265 .
