Graham Leonard Archell (born February 8, 1950 in Islington ) is a former English football player .

Career

Archell came to East London club FC Orient in the mid-1960s and received a contract as an apprentice (German apprentice) in 1967 . He made his debut under coach Dick Graham on November 11, 1967 in the Third Division in a 4-2 win against AFC Barrow on the left wing and was also two days later in a 1-0 win against Reading FC in the starting line-up . As a result, he was only used sporadically in the first team (a total of seven league and two cup appearances). After he had stayed in the promotion season 1969/70 without competitive use, he left the club at the end of the season in the direction of FC Folkestone in the Southern League .
