Gran Premio Regio Insubrica

The Grand Premio Regio Insubrica (until 2010 Gran Premio dell'Insubria or Gran Premio dell'Insubria-Lugano , German Grand Prix of the Regio Insubrica ) is a former Swiss road bike race, the course of which also led through Italy .

The one-day race has been held in the historical region of Insubria on the border between Lombardy and Ticino since 2009 . It belongs to the UCI Europe Tour and is classified in category 1.1.
