The rock carving Granbyhallen ( No. U RR1987; 134 - also called Bergengatan , Kista or Spånga 206: 1 ) is a runic inscription on an outcrop near the Stockholm district of Husby .

Granbyhallen

The runic inscription with an image that is difficult to recognize is located north of Stockholm on the southern edge of the housing development in Husby. It was discovered by a soldier in 1941. It is impossible to know with certainty what was scratched on it. It seems like it refers to a (royal husby) estate that no longer exists.

The text reads: "Ingelög had this rock carving for her son ... -hild ... (?), And for Sigfast his (s) brother, mother and son, live in Hu ..."
