The Green Lake is a lake northeast of 70 Mile House on Highway 97 and south of Lone Butte on Highway 24 in the region Aldi Strict Cariboo and Thompson-Nicola the Canadian province of British Columbia .
It is halfway between the major cities of Vancouver and Prince George . Williams Lake and Kamloops are the closest major cities.
The Green Lake is about 18 kilometers long, 1.5 kilometers wide and is at an altitude of 1069 m above sea level. He is located in the 347 acre Green Lake Provincal Park named after him . With its turquoise-colored water, it is a popular resort with many water sports. There are 18 public entrances to the lake.
