Grenzlos (spelling: Grenz | Los ) is a German rock band from the Upper Allgäu .

Band history

The band was founded in 2013 in Kempten . Martin Kaun and Marco Oppeld discovered their mutual interests in music and began to make their own music. Then came Martin Thannheimer (came from the same place as Martin Kaun) and Johannes Oswald (a former colleague of Marco Oppeld's vocational school), who completed the band. They played their first concerts and simultaneously produced their first demo CDs. They produced their debut album It is not all gold that glitters on their own. In 2015 they won the Allgäu Newcomer Band Contest and signed their first record deal with the HDS label . The successes in the following year included winning the Allgäu Rock-the-King-Bandcontest and the culture award of the Oberallgäu district, before the second album Was ihr mich geht released in 2017 .

At the beginning of 2018 they signed a record deal with the label Rookies & Kings , which includes the band Frei.Wild . On September 21, 2018, her third album Die Welt nichtWA was released there . Borders | Los thus made it into the German album charts for the first time .

On March 27, 2020, the band released their fourth studio album, No Unity for Right & Freedom .
