Gribb bench

The Gribb Bank is a bank in Davissee . It is located around 55 km north of the coast of the East Antarctic Kaiser Wilhelm II Land .
The Norwegian harpooner Krog Anderson discovered them in January 1937 during the Lars Christensen Expedition 1936/37 . It is named after the Norwegian whaler Gribb , an escort ship on this research trip .
