The Cathedral of the Annunciation (Greek Evangelismós ) is a Greek Orthodox cathedral church near Tahrir Square in Alexandria and was built from 1844 to 1856 in the neo-Gothic style. The plans came from the Italian architect Luigi Storari (according to which the construction time was 1847 to 1856).
