Lanildut ( Breton Lannildut ) is a French municipality with 956 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in the department of Finistère in the region of Brittany ; it belongs to the arrondissement of Brest and the canton of Saint-Renan . The place is at the mouth of the Aber Ildut .

history

The community originally belonged to the Gouerbian domain in the Nieder-Leon area (French Bas-Léon, Bret. Goueled-Leon) in northwest Brittany. Later to the reign of Brest and Saint-Renan.
