La Forest-Landerneau ( Breton Ar Forest-Landerne ) is a French commune in the Finistère department with 1,881 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017).

The place is located in the northwest of Brittany on a bay of the Atlantic . Brest is 14 kilometers to the west and Paris about 480 kilometers to the east (as the crow flies ).

At Landerneau the next exit is on the expressway E 50 (Brest – Rennes ) and at Daoulas one on the E 60 (Brest – Nantes ). The municipality has a regional train station on the Brest-Rennes line.
Brest train station is the terminus of the TGV Atlantique to Paris.
The Aéroport de Brest Bretagne regional airport is located near Brest .
