location

The place is located around 20 kilometers south of the Atlantic coast at the entrance to the English Channel . The city and port of Brest is 22 kilometers to the west and Paris about 470 kilometers to the east (as the crow flies ).

At Landerneau and Landivisiau there are the next exits on the expressway E 50 towards Rennes and at Daoulas one on the E 60 towards Nantes .

Brest train station is the terminus of the TGV Atlantique to Paris. The municipality has a train station on the Brest-Rennes railway line and regional trains in the direction of Morlaix / Rennes and Quimper / Nantes stop in Landerneau .

The Aéroport de Brest Bretagne regional airport is located near the city of Brest in Guipavas .
