location

The place is about eight kilometers south of the Atlantic coast at the entrance of the English Channel . The major and port city of Brest is 20 kilometers south and Paris about 500 kilometers east (as the crow flies ).

traffic

At Brest there are the next exits on the expressways E 50 towards Rennes and E 60 towards Nantes . Brest train station is the terminus of the regional train lines in the direction of Morlaix / Rennes and Quimper / Nantes as well as the TGV Atlantique to Paris.

The Aéroport de Brest Bretagne regional airport is located just 14 kilometers south of the municipality near the city of Brest .
