Pencran ( Breton Penn-ar-C'hrann ) is a French commune in the Finistere region, with 1,970 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017).

The place is located in the northwest of Brittany near the Atlantic coast immediately south of Landerneau . Brest is 18 kilometers to the west and Paris about 475 kilometers to the east (as the crow flies ).
traffic
At Landerneau the next exit is on the expressway E 50 (Brest- Rennes ) and at Daoulas one on the E 60 (Brest- Nantes ). In these places there are also the nearest regional train stations on the mostly parallel railway lines.
Brest train station is the terminus of the TGV Atlantique to Paris.
The Aéroport de Brest Bretagne regional airport is located near Brest .
