Tréglonou is located in a deeply cutting bay a little off the open Atlantic coast . Brest is 18 kilometers south and Paris about 500 kilometers east.

traffic

At Brest there are the next exits on the expressways E 50 towards Rennes and E 60 towards Nantes . Brest train station is the terminus of regional train lines and the TGV Atlantique to Paris. The regional airport Aéroport de Brest Bretagne is located 15 kilometers south of the municipality near Brest .
