The Greek Evangelical Church of Nikea ( Greek Ελληνική Ευαγγελική Εκκλησία Νίκαιας ) is a Reformed church in Nikea (Attica) . It was founded in 1929 by the Piraeus community for Greek refugees from Asia Minor and the Pontus .

history

The congregation was founded with the help of the Greek Evangelical congregations in Athens and initially looked after from there. In 1944 Christos Baïs (Χρήστος Βαής) became the first pastor. The municipality's premises were inaugurated in 1948. There has been a community choir since 1950. In 1979 the building was dilapidated. The congregation demolished it and built a new church. When the building was inaugurated in 1988, Nikolaos Landros also went into well-deserved retirement after 37 years of pastoral work.
