The large stone grave Wohsen is a megalithic grave complex of the Neolithic funnel cup culture near Wohsen , a district of Eixen in the district of Vorpommern-Rügen ( Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania ).
location
The grave is about 1 km northeast of Wohsen in a tree island in a field. 2.4 km to the northwest are the megalithic graves near Semlow .
description
Several large stones lie on a hill, which do not allow any precise conclusions to be drawn about the original appearance of the grave. Two stones stuck deep in the earth could be wall stones. Two larger stones should be seen as cap stones. One has several bowls , the other has traces of an attempted detonation.
