Grondwet voor het Koninkrijk der Nederlanden
The Grondwet voor het Koninkrijk der Nederlanden (German: Basic Law of the Kingdom of the Netherlands ) is a part of the constitutions of the Kingdom of the Netherlands and the State of The Netherlands . Insofar as matters of the kingdom are concerned, it is also binding for the constitutional and simple legal legislation of the other countries of the kingdom.

In the Netherlands, the grondwet and the Statuut voor het Koninkrijk der Nederlanden form the constitution .
Aruba, Curacao, Sint Maarten
In the countries of Aruba , Curaçao and Sint Maarten , the statute, together with the respective state regulations, form the constitution. However, the grondwet also applies there when kingdom affairs are concerned.
