Grundfos is a Danish pump manufacturer. The company is majority owned (87.9%) by the Poul Due Jensen Foundation.

With an annual production of around 16 million pumps, Grundfos is one of the world's leading pump manufacturers. Circulation pumps , submersible pumps and positive displacement pumps are the three main product groups. Grundfos holds 50 percent of the global market share for these products. In addition to pumps, Grundfos also builds electric motors and electronic control systems for pumps.

The company was founded in Bjerringbro , Denmark in 1945 by Poul Due Jensen. At first it was called "Bjerringbro Pressestøberi og Maskinfabrik", until it was renamed "Grundfos" in 1967 after a few other name changes. Grundfos is now one of the top ten Danish companies in terms of turnover and has also expanded its position through acquisitions. The German sales center is based in Erkrath, North Rhine-Westphalia . In German-speaking countries, for example B. Grundfos Water Treatment GmbH (formerly ALLDOS Eichler GmbH), Pfinztal, HILGE GmbH & Co.
