Grundler villa

Grundler Villa

The Grundler-Villa is a listed building on Tomannweg 3 (until 1977 Berg-am-Laim-Straße 81) in the Berg am Laim district of Munich .

It was built in 1901 according to plans by Georg Giunin . The building owner was the brick factory owner Johann Huber, who had the house built for himself and his family on the property of his brick factory. In 1924, Mathias Grundler, the owner of the large land and brick factory, bought the villa. The villa has been a listed building along with the enclosure and the garden pavilion since 1975.

It is part of the Berg am Laim cultural history trail .
