Basic strategy

The basic strategy of a company is to list the intentions and long-term goals, usually for about five years. It contains provisions, the implementation of which must be guaranteed through the orientation of the company's decisions. Unlike the company's mission statement, it is a strictly confidential piece of paper, as it describes all of the company's intentions and goals. It answers the following questions, among others:

  • What needs does the company want to satisfy with its market services?
  • Which requirements should our products meet?
  • How should the company grow?
  • What market position does the company want to achieve?
  • What profit does the company want to achieve? How should the company be financed?
  • What position should the company take towards customers, employees and the state?
