Grupo Queiroz Galvão SA (SA Empresa de capital fechado) is a Brazilian conglomerate . The company was founded in 1953 as a construction company by the four brothers Antonio, Mário, João and Dario de Queiroz Galvão based in Recife . In 1963 the company relocated to Rio de Janeiro .

Today it is an international company in the construction, oil, gas, food and steel industries and employs around 46,000 people in around 40 companies worldwide. The company is privately owned by the Brazilian family Galvão. The Galvão Group is also the main shareholder of the Estaleiro Atlântico shipyard .
