Guan Shang School

Guan-Shang school ( Chinese  管 商 學派  /  管 商 学派 , Pinyin Guǎn-Shāng xuépài , W.-G. Kuan-Shang hsüeh-p'ai ) is a collective term for the early legalists of the state of Qi and Qin der State Warring States Period , of which Guan Zhong and Shang Yang were the main representatives . The term was later replaced by another, namely Shang-Han School ( 商 韓 學派  /  商 韩 学派 , Shāng-Hán xuépài , Shang-Han hsüeh-p'ai ), as Han Fei became the largest representative of the Legalistic School .
