Guannan

The district of Guannan ( Chinese  灌南县 , Pinyin Guànnán Xiàn ) is a district of the prefecture -level city of Lianyungang in the northeast of the Chinese province of Jiangsu . It has an area of ​​1,029 km² and has 734,200 inhabitants (2004). Its main town is the large community of Xin'an ( 新安镇 ).
