overview

Hager Partner AG has been the new name of Hager Landschaftsarchitektur AG since 2010, which was founded in 2000 as a partnership between Guido Hager and Patrick Altermatt (* 1967) from the Guido Hager landscape architecture office, which has existed since 1984. Pascal Posset (* 1972) has also been a member of the management team since 2007. In 2012 a branch was opened in Berlin. More than 40 employees work in the areas of open space design and planning, master and urban planning, open space management and garden monument maintenance.

Guido Hager has dedicated himself to the garden theme for thirty years. The basic gardening work at the beginning of his career quickly showed him that landscape architecture works with atmospheric images, but that sticking to the pure image does not go far enough. Emulating the mere copy in the sense of reconstruction only tempts in Hager's eyes to slip an old garment on the new garden. Hager's interest, however, is to continue designing the historic garden. By recognizing and sounding out the real essence and touching moods of the garden, he gives the old garden a new look without creating a mood.
