Guiyang (Chenzhou)

The district of Guiyang (桂阳 县; Pinyin : Guìyáng Xiàn) is a district of the prefecture -level city of Chenzhou (郴州) in the southeast of the Chinese province of Hunan . In 1999 it had 768,470 inhabitants.
