Gundsø Kommune was a Danish municipality in what was then Roskilde Amt on the main island of Zealand until December 2006 . Since January 2007 it has been part of the new Roskilde Municipality together with the “old” Roskilde Municipality and Ramsø Municipality .

Gundsø Kommune was created in the course of the administrative reform of 1970 and comprised the following Sogn :

• Gundsømagle Sogn
• Hvedstrup Sogn
• Jyllinge Sogn
• Kirkerup Sogn
• Ågerup Sogn
