Gustav Gericke (* 1864 ; † 1935 ) was a German business manager , member of the board of the German Werkbund and councilor of Delmenhorst . Little is known about his life.

Gericke had been director of Delmenhorster Linoleum-Fabrik AG (“Anker” brand), founded in 1892, and was involved in the artistic reform efforts of the early 20th century. Probably immediately after taking office, he contacted the industrial designer Peter Behrens , who in the following years revised the entire image of the company, from stationery to posters, brochures and exhibition pavilions, thereby designing a corporate identity for the company. As councilor, together with the then mayor of Delmenhorst, Erich Koch-Weser , Heinz Stoffregen modernized the cityscape of Delmenhorst , who designed the town hall , among other things . Gericke von Stoffregen also had his own house built.

From 1908 to 1914 Gericke sat on the board of the German Werkbund as a representative of the Anker factory. In 1921 he retired.
