Anna Elisabeth Achatz

Anna Elisabeth Achatz (née Strassmayr, Aumayr until September 28, 2000, born May 7, 1950 in Hörstorf , Fraham municipality ) is an Austrian farmer and former politician ( FPÖ ). Between 1990 and 2002 she represented the FPÖ as a member of the Austrian National Council .

education and profession

Achatz attended elementary and secondary school between 1956 and 1964 and completed a commercial apprenticeship in a master builder from 1964 to 1967. She then worked as an office clerk until 1970 and attended an agricultural college from 1970 to 1971. She has been working as a farmer since 1972.

politics

Achatz became a member of the Upper Austria Environmental Advisory Council in 1989 and a member of the Chamber of Agriculture's female farmers' council in 1990. On November 5, 1990, she entered the National Council for the FPÖ, to which she was a member until December 19, 2002. From 2000 she was the deputy chairman of the FPÖ parliamentary club.

Private

Achatz has been married to Hans Achatz since September 28, 2000 . Before that, she was married to Gerald Aumayr in her first marriage. This marriage has two children: Bernhard Aumayr, b. 1974 Christina Aumayr-Hajek, b. 1977.
