Gwal y Filiast ( German  "kennel of the greyhound bitch " - also called Bwrdd Arthur or Dolwilym) is located west of Llanboidy and east of the River Taf near St Clears in Carmarthenshire in Wales . Gwal y Filiast is also one of the names of the Cotswold Severn Tombs of St Lythans .

Gwal y Filiast

Gwal y Filiast lies on a steep, wooded ridge. The more than 4.0 m long chunky capstone, which faces west towards the river, is supported by four bearing stones. The dolmen was covered by an oval or round hill from which some curbs have been preserved. It can be the rest of a Cotswold Severn Tomb.
