Gyldenløve
Gyldenløve or Gyldenlöwe (more rarely also Güldenlöwe , ie golden lion ) was the name of some related noble houses of Denmark-Norway , which went back to descendants of Danish kings.
Significant representatives were
- Ulrich Christian Gyldenløve (1630–1658), lieutenant general, son of Christian IV.
- Ulrich Friedrich Gyldenlöwe (1638–1704), governor in Norway, son of Friedrich III.
- Christian Gyldenlöwe (1674–1703), General Field Master, son of Christian V.
- Ulrik Christian Gyldenløve (1678–1719), admiral, son of Christian V.
