The Meran high schools ( gymme for short ) are the merger of the previously independent schools “Josef Ferrari” and the “Beda Weber” humanistic high school in the South Tyrolean city of Meran .
Educational offers
The school management comprises six courses:
- Social Science High School
- Social science high school with a regional focus on music
- Social science high school with a focus on exercise and sport
- Classic high school
- Language high school
- Art high school specializing in graphics

In December 2010 the South Tyrolean provincial government decided to merge the directorates of the Beda-Weber-Gymnasium and the Josef-Ferrari-Gymnasium. The establishment of the Merano grammar school came into effect at the beginning of the 2011/2012 school year.
